Design a Life That Is Fulfilling, Not Just Successful on Paper.
I help ambitious, purpose-driven professionals gain clarity, make strategic decisions, and design an intentional life aligned with their desires, dreams, and values.
Hi, I’m Arman
For years I followed the recipe for success, and did everything I thought I was supposed to do.
Became an engineer; I fixed problems that ended up becoming patents. Immigrated to the United States in pursuit of the best higher education, Earned two master's degrees from the University of Michigan, Led multiple delegations to the United Nations climate talks, Built a successful career in consulting. Advised executives on multi-billion dollars transactions and worked on some of the biggest energy challenges of our time.
From the outside, everything looked great.
Yet I kept asking myself:
"Is this really the life I want?"
That question led me through years of reflection, therapy, coaching, meditation, travel, and thousands of conversations with remarkable people. Eventually I left a successful corporate career to build a life more aligned with my personal values.
Today I help other ambitious professionals answer the same questions I once struggled with.
“How can I build a fulfilling life, aligned with my values, that I love living every day of it.”
Problems I help solve

“I have changed jobs but nothing is really changing, I don't know what's next.”
“I feel stuck.”

“I don't know which path to choose.”

My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching practice isn't about giving advice, it's about creating a safe space for my clients to reflect deeply, think strategically, feel the feelings they have been avoiding. I enable my clients to explore pathways that they have intentionally or subconsciously ignored.
“Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.”
